Today at revolution park in charlotte nc ,God used a older man to encourage me to press on through my work out! During my conditioning It was getting real tough towards the end and out of know where a man came up from the side of the field and gave me some nice kind words to encourage me and commend me for the hard work he has seen me put in! God is so good to us I believe that god used this man to uplift my strength to finish strong which I did!
